At all partner hotels in Zürs or at the ski school office.
Group assignments will be made directly at the meeting point. The ski instructors present will be happy to help you find the right group. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the lesson begins.
In principle, lessons take place in all weather conditions. Changes due to extreme weather situations (e.g. strong winds, dense fog, or heavy snowfall) are decided and communicated at short notice. Inquiries can always be made by phone at the ski school office.
You can book your private ski instructor directly at your hotel reception or together with your room reservation. Or with us at the office via email or phone. The online form on our homepage is also at your disposal.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the costs will be charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, by mail, or by phone. In the event of illness or an accident, a refund will be issued at the ski school office upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Probe, shovel, and transceiver are mandatory when skiing off-piste. An airbag backpack is recommended. Equipment can be rented at all ski rental shops.
